Nestled in a quaint neighborhood in Crystal Beach, the "Holiday Beach House" will be the place your family will choose to make memories for years to come! Our 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home is a 3 minute walk to our private gated beach access. The spacious backyard is outfitted with plenty of room to relax by our large pool or let the kids (or kids at heart) enjoy fun in the sun! Come enjoy your private oasis at Holiday Beach House!

Bedroom 1 (First Floor): Two sets of Twin over Twin bunk beds

Bedroom 2 (Second Floor): King bed with en-suite bathroom

As you enter the home, you walk up to the quaint screened in front porch that guests can enjoy relaxing on rocking chairs for a true "southern" front porch feel! Guests can enter the home conveniently with a keyless entry keypad, so no need to fumble with keys.

You'll enter directly into the living room with comfortable seating for everyone on the couches or two occasional chairs. There is a large smart TV with standard cable, as well as the ability to login to your own streaming services. There is a selection of board games for great family nights in!

The dining area & kitchen are open concept right off the living area, and even includes a small coffee bar equipped with a standard coffee pot & Keurig. The kitchen comes stocked with full stainless appliances, dishes, pots & pans, silverware, small appliances (toaster, blender, crockpot and more)-just bring your groceries, spices, oils along!

LITTLE TRAVELERS:

We supply a pack & play, high chair, plastic dishes & silverware, and baby gate so families can pack a little lighter!

Directly off the kitchen is our laundry room with a full size stackable washer & dryer & a second entry with a keypad for convenience. There is a full bathroom located next to the kitchen as well, with a walk in shower. The first bedroom is located on this floor, complete with two sets of twin sized bunk beds & a Smart TV with Apple play.

Upstairs, to the left is our second bedroom. This room has a King sized bed, Smart TV with Apple Play, attached bathroom with a shower & tub combo, and a small private balcony to enjoy!

The master bedroom is extremely spacious with a King sized bed, full sized bunk bed, a comfy couch, Smart TV ,and a foosball table! A walk in closet, and a full bathroom with a shower & tub combo complete this space.

The fully fenced in backyard offers a Weber propane grill, outdoor shower, outdoor seating, firepit, and a large (optionally heated) pool! We ask that if your group desires to have the pool heated, to please inquire when booking for rates!

Guest access

-The driveway can accommodate up to 3 vehicles

-We recommend bringing additional supplies for your trip, as only a small amount of complimentary "hotel/travel size" items are provided, typically enough to get you through your first day (depending on your group size & length of stay). Items recommended to bring are: toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, laundry soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, shampoo/conditioner, shower gel, soap, specific spices, oils, plastic wrap/foil, sunscreen, aloe, and any other items that you can't live without.

-Beach Towels are provided, but no other beach items are stocked or guaranteed.

-Please read our house rules in detail before booking. We take time to put important information here that we need each guest to take into consideration when booking our home. While not all items listed may apply to your stay, we host guests of various group compositions so must list all rules that could apply to a trip. Thank you for your understanding!

-Please plan your trip accordingly as we are located in Central Standard Time with a check in of 4pm and a checkout of 11am the day of your departure. We do not permit early check-ins, or late check-outs unless previously discussed in advance as it is not always possible to accommodate them.

-Spring break/student groups (Any group under 25 years old) are permitted with PRIOR permission. A $100 cash deposit is required & our student rules signed at agreed at check in. Inquire for questions.

-Parties and events are not permitted.

-We are pet friendly with a one time $200 fee (this includes emotional support animals). Only ADA recognized service animals are exempt from this and we must be notified prior to your arrival. Any impersonation of a service animal (i.e. emotional support animals or pets) is a crime in the state of Florida and will not be tolerated at any time.

-Pool heating is not included in your stay. Inquire for pricing for your trip!
